On your first visit to the range, park in the parking lot and walk over to the check-in area.
We will look up your membership by name.
Let us know that it's your first visit.
You will need to watch the safety video.
No exceptions.
Each time you visit the range you will check in by name before you shoot.
If you have a guest, they will need to fill out a waiver and watch the video on their first visit.
Each Guest will pay the $20 range fee.
If you have a reservation, double check which berm
you are in when you check-in.
Sometimes we need to move reservations around.
If you already created a username and password, fill it in here to login to your account.
If you already have purchased a membership, you either created it to purchase a membership online, or you were sent an email inviting you to create one by the range after purchasing a membership in person.
If you do not have a membership yet, you can click Create Account to set one up to purchase a membership.
I have step by step instructions on the Membership page explaining how to purchase a membership online.

If you are not an Instructor, DO NOT buy an Instructor Membership.
If you are like me and can't remember which of the 50,000 password combinations you need to use and put in the wrong one, you will get this message.
You NEED to refresh the page before you retry entering your username and password again.
You can refresh the page by clicking the circle with an arrow at the top left of the screen by the back and forward arrows next to the web address bar.
If you need to reset your password, check your junk folder for the email. If you still don't see it, contact Ares and we will send you an email, but again check your junk folder if you don't see it.
After you successfully login you will be directed to this page. If you have any open invoices they should show up here.
On the left where the yellow circle is located are the different menu options.
If you click your name, you will be taken to the profile page.
You have 3 tabs of information you can update at anytime.
ABOUT - is all your basic contact information.
RELATIONSHIPS - you can add your family members. The range WILL NEED to add them on the family membership for everything to link properly.
PAYMENT INFORMATION - this is where you can update your credit card information. This is especially important for members with Monthly Payments to keep this current so the membership doesn't get canceled.
If you click the Book Members button it will take you to the pocket berms schedule. You can change your view between day, week, and month. You can use the filter button to look for a certain # pocket berm or by certain days and times.
Click on your desired day, time, and pocket berm to BOOK it.
#3, #4, #5 are 15 feet wide
#6, #7 are 25 feet wide
#2, #8, #9 are 30 feet wide
You need to repeat the process for each each hour separately, if you wish to book multiple hours.
Please call the range if you are running late. We need to stick to reservations as much as possible. The range has the discretion to alter reservations as necessary. We may need to swap you to a different berm.
Click on My Schedules to see reservations that you have already booked.
This is also where you can go to cancel a session if you can't make your reservation.
If it is not letting you cancel, please call or text the range, so the range can cancel it and open it up for other people to reserve it.
When you open the app after you download it, you will be prompted to choose your facility location. If you are at the range or close by Ares Training Facility will show up as the only option. If you are somewhere else you can search for the range by name.
Your phone may ask you to use your current location and if you want notifications. That is up to you.
Click the 3 lines the arrow is pointing to to give you more options to choose from. You can click the squares on the Home Screen also.
In order to log in, click schedules and select a pocket berm time to make a reservation. Click Book It. On the next screen you will click Login. The next screen will let you put in the username and password that you created for the self-service portal. Once you are successfully logged in, you can continue booking your berm or not. You can click the menu button at anytime to go back to another choice.
Click on Schedules to see the availability of pocket berms and to reserve one.
Click Bookings to see your current reservations that you have already made.
I recommend searching by Date or Resources (pocket berms by #), which can be chosen at the top above the calendar. Swipe the calendar to the left to show more dates. Once, you choose a date and pocket berm, click Book It!
You need to book each hour separately if you are booking multiple hours.
If the App is not working right or acting strange... Delete it and redownload it. Login again, and hopefully it will act right.
For example, you have booked reservations before and all of a sudden it says you don't have any packages.
